The study aimed to know the organizational behavior of the employees in the sports clubs in Jeddah and the most important factors affecting the performance guidance and the relationship between directing the performance and the organizational behavior of the employees. The study used the descriptive method. The study society was a member of the boards of sports clubs operating in Jeddah, with a sample of (60) of the employees of A LITTIHAD club and JEDDAH club, and the study found that there is an interest from the management of sports clubs to correct and avoidance errors, and management is concerned with the level of employees and raise their efficiency, and sports clubs use modern and recent communications tools that helps in the speed of completion of business, and has a good organizational structure to help them achieve their goals, in addition to the style of leadership used to help them to progress and advancement. The results show that there is a strong positive relationship between the elements of organizational behavior and performance guidance for employees in sports clubs. This indicates that whenever the factors and environmental conditions are appropriate and appropriate within the sports clubs, the higher the level of directing the performance of the staff. The study recommended that the administration should continue to pay attention to the continuous improvement of the performance of its employees, keep abreast of developments in the world of technology and improve communications in line with the objectives of the Sports clubs, and the importance of involving decision makers in sports clubs.
