  • Research should be related to studies of law and economics
  • Research should not have been published before

  • The research must be written in either Arabic, English, or French
  • Papers should be accompanied by a one-page summary in a language other than that they were written in
  • The magazine is not obliged to return the original research that the researcher presented to the magazine, regardless of whether the research is published or not
  • Views expressed by writers are their own and do not necessarily reflect the magazine’s point-of-view, and it is not responsible for them

  • The magazine will notify authors of its decisions regarding publication in the following cases:
  1. When the magazine receives research from authors
  2. If it is decided that a piece of research will not be published, the magazine is not obliged to give reasons for this and the writer can reclaim his research
  3. Research papers that are not compliant with the magazine’s artistic style or that require additions or adjustments in order to make them suitable for publication will be returned to their authors so that the necessary changes can be made before publication
  4. Authors whose research is approved for publication will be informed of the expected date of publication
  • The magazine publishes reviews of legal books and conference and seminar reports that are related to the field that it specialises in
  • Authors of research and those who decide if research is suitable for publication are paid adequately and are sent three issues of the magazine
