As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Publication rules
The following conditions apply in order for research to be published in the magazine:
Research should be related to studies of law and economics
Research should not have been published before
The researcher should not have sent his/her research to any other party for it to be published until they receive a reply from the magazine confirming suitability or unsuitability for publication. They will be notified of the decision within three months from the date that the editorial board receives the journal
The magazine retains copyright, and in the case that it wishes to republish research, the author must give his written permission
The research must be written in either Arabic, English, or French
Papers should be accompanied by a one-page summary in a language other than that they were written in
The magazine is not obliged to return the original research that the researcher presented to the magazine, regardless of whether the research is published or not
Views expressed by writers are their own and do not necessarily reflect the magazine’s point-of-view, and it is not responsible for them
The magazine publishes summaries of scientific reports, publications, and periodicals that are related to the subject of the research. Summaries should not exceed five pages and no remuneration will be made for them
The magazine publishes papers from cultural seminars and conferences convened by academics in its supplements
Some of the magazine’s content can be cited as long as it is referenced properly
Specialists decide whether a piece of research is suitable for publication in the magazine or not
Research should not exceed 40 pages or 10,000 words
The magazine will notify authors of its decisions regarding publication in the following cases:
When the magazine receives research from authors
If it is decided that a piece of research will not be published, the magazine is not obliged to give reasons for this and the writer can reclaim his research
Research papers that are not compliant with the magazine’s artistic style or that require additions or adjustments in order to make them suitable for publication will be returned to their authors so that the necessary changes can be made before publication
Authors whose research is approved for publication will be informed of the expected date of publication
The magazine publishes reviews of legal books and conference and seminar reports that are related to the field that it specialises in
Authors of research and those who decide if research is suitable for publication are paid adequately and are sent three issues of the magazine
