Abstract

The aim of this study was to find out the effect of ballistic speed power training on the level of lactic acid and some attacking skills for wheelchair basketball players, trail program was used with a sample of (12) players with two groups (6) players on each group, trial group & control group. Variables were controlled (lactic acid, some attacking skills), the training programs was applied on the trial group with (8) weeks, (4)training sets, (60) minutes each training, with an intensity (30-50%) of the maximum strength, trainings were done with maximum level of speed. After applying the research results showed that: ballistic power training has positive effects on the level of lactic acid and some attacking skills, so the research recommend using this program for improving basic skills and physical elements.
