In order to achieve the benefits and objectives of adapted physical education must be provided through a prepared and qualified teacher to do his duties in the best way. The preparation of the teacher includes a set of skills related to the nature of his professional roles so that the process of achieving the goals expressed by the concept of professional competencies. The purpose of this paper is presenting a suggested vision for Development of professional preparation in the field of Adapted physical education In the light of International Trends. The dimensions of the suggested vision are : preparation of academic programs , practical training , professional development, building professional organizations and scientific researches
